Products & Pricing
All products listed are described to the best of our knowledge. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Order Placement & Confirmation
Orders placed through our website are confirmed once our team contacts you within 24 hours. We may verify orders by phone or WhatsApp before processing.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.
Payment Terms
We accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is made at the time of delivery when your order arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable. Contact us to arrange a return.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Steel Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
